John Plumpis is a renowned American stage actor, having recently gained recognition for his role as Christopher Plummer's prompter and confidant in director Erik Canuel's two-actor film BARRYMORE, which premiered at the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival. This significant collaboration has been in the works since 1998, with Plumpis touring the play across the United States and Canada, following Christopher Plummer's Tony Award-winning run on Broadway.
Throughout his illustrious career, John Plumpis has consistently demonstrated his versatility as an actor, working regularly in classics, modern dramas, comedies, and musicals.
