John Jillard Sr. was born and raised in the picturesque state of New Jersey, where he spent his formative years soaking up the local culture and developing a strong sense of community.
Following his stint in the Garden State, John enlisted in the United States Army, where he served for an impressive period of more than three years. During his time in the military, he found solace in writing, and it was during this period that he penned the majority of the script for the film "Battle".
After leaving the Army, John took a four-year hiatus before deciding to pursue a career in acting. The catalyst for this decision was his daughter's success in a series of commercials, which sparked a newfound interest in the craft within John.
As a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG/Aftra),John continues to work tirelessly towards establishing himself as a respected and accomplished actor. In addition to his acting endeavors, John also maintains a steady job to provide for his loved ones, demonstrating his dedication to his family and his commitment to a stable and secure future.
