Following a stint in the United Kingdom and subsequently in Australia, Dicks relocated to Haifa, Israel in the year 2004, where his presence was instrumental in the ongoing prosperity of The Haifa Theatre, a pioneering municipal theatre company in Haifa, Israel.
During his tenure at the theatre, Dicks was not only a talented performer, but also a skilled director and instructor of English, who not only showcased his artistic prowess but also played a vital role in shaping the minds of his students.
Throughout his time at the theatre, Dicks built a loyal network of friends and associates, who were deeply saddened by his passing in April 2022.
