Jodi is a talented actress, widely recognized for her impressive 10-season stint as DCFS Officer Madeline Gastern on NBC's Chicago Med. Her extensive career portfolio includes notable roles on Showtime's The Chi, Amazon's Paper Girls, Disney's The Watcher, and the critically acclaimed indie series Totally Becky.
Born and raised in Texas, Jodi embarked on a journey of artistic development, attending the prestigious Conservatory at Webster University and subsequently honing her craft at NYC's Circle In The Square Theater School. She eventually relocated to Los Angeles, where she became a valued member of Women In Theater and The Actor's Forum.
Throughout her stage career, Jodi has had the privilege of performing at various esteemed institutions, including the HBO/Warner Bros. Workspace in LA, Chicago's Griffin Theatre, Remy Bumppo, Rivendell, Victory Gardens, and Irish Theatre Of Chicago. Her outstanding work has garnered recognition, including a Jeff Award for Best Production for Men Should Weep and nominations for Best Production - Travesties and Best Ensemble - W.R.E.N.S.
