British-born actress Joanne Whalley has had a remarkable career spanning decades, captivating audiences with her talent on both the big and small screens. One of her earliest notable roles was in the film Scandal, followed by her breakout performance in the fantasy epic Willow. Whalley's impressive work on British television earned her a BAFTA nomination for her portrayal of a character in the nuclear industry drama The Edge Of Darkness.
