True-Frost, a talented individual, graduated from the prestigious New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois, setting the stage for a promising career in the world of theatre.

As a dedicated ensemble member of the renowned Steppenwolf Theatre Company in Chicago, he has been an integral part of the company since 1989, bringing his unique talents to the stage.

Prior to joining Steppenwolf, True-Frost was a valued member of Remains Theater, a company co-founded by the accomplished actor William L. Petersen, best known for his roles in films such as "To Live and Die in L.A." and the popular TV series "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation".
