Jessica Belkin is a 23-year-old actress and singer from Los Angeles who has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry. She rose to fame after her role as Lady Gaga's vampire child in the popular TV series "American Horror Story: Hotel" and has since appeared in notable shows such as "Pretty Little Liars" and "The Orville".
