Jennifer Morrison

Jennifer Marie Morrison, born in Chicago, Illinois, as the oldest child of teachers David and Judy Morrison, was raised in Arlington Heights, Illinois, alongside a younger sister and brother. Her educational journey began at Prospect High School, the same institution where her parents taught, where she honed her skills and passion for the performing arts. Prior to pursuing a full-time acting career, Morrison dabbled in modeling as a child. After graduating from high school, she enrolled at Loyola University in Chicago, where she studied Theater and English, further cultivating her artistic abilities. Her academic pursuits continued at the renowned Steppenwolf Theater Company, a prestigious institution that has launched the careers of many notable actors. Eventually, Morrison relocated to Los Angeles, California, to pursue her dream of becoming a successful actress. Her big-screen debut arrived in 1994, when she played the daughter of Richard Gere and Sharon Stone in the critically acclaimed film Intersection. As her career progressed, she landed various film and television roles, including the lead in Urban Legends: Final Cut, a horror film released in 2000. Morrison's breakthrough performance came in 2004, when she portrayed Dr. Allison Cameron in the hit television series House, earning her a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination. Following her departure from House M.D., Morrison continued to excel in her craft, appearing in notable films and television shows, such as Star Trek, How I Met Your Mother, and Warrior.
