Jeff Zimbalist is a highly acclaimed and award-winning filmmaker, boasting a impressive collection of accolades, including multiple Emmy, DuPont, and Peabody awards.

He is perhaps best known for his documentary films, such as "Favela Rising", which won the IDA and Tribeca Film Festival awards, and was also broadcast on HBO.

Zimbalist's other notable works include "The Two Escobars", a Cannes Film Festival favorite that premiered on ESPN and Disney, and "Momentum Generation", a Tribeca Film Festival winner that aired on HBO and Universal.
