Jeff Pucillo is a multifaceted individual, donning various hats as an actor, producer, husband, and father of two. His recent accomplishment includes finishing the lead role in the Domenica Cameron-Scorsese film "Roots in Water", which he also had a hand in producing. The film, an official selection of the Tribeca Film Festival, showcases his impressive acting skills.
Pucillo's acting credits also include the feature film "The Standard Man" and the official selection of the Sundance Film Festival, "Memories of Overdevelopment". His television appearances are equally impressive, with roles in popular shows such as "Rescue Me", "Law & Order", "Law & Order: Criminal Intent", and many more. On stage, he has performed in The Transport Group's Off-Broadway production of "Bury the Dead" and numerous productions at New York City's most prestigious theaters and companies.
Born and raised in New York City, Pucillo hails from a blue-collar Staten Island family with a rich history. His lineage can be traced back to Jacob Wynant, one of the original Dutch settlers of New Amsterdam. He holds a degree in Advertising from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where he was also the lead singer, rhythm guitarist, and songwriter for the band "The Ghettos".
Throughout his life, Pucillo has worked in a wide range of industries and jobs, including five years as a stockbroker at a notorious Wall Street firm, three years as a recording engineer in New York's SoHo neighborhood at one of hip-hop's most influential recording studios, seven years as a computer programmer, and five years in consumer research at America's largest magazine publisher. He has also dabbled in various other occupations, such as house painting, soda jerking, gas station attending, and industrial machine tool sales.
Pucillo's varied background has instilled in him a fascination with character and story, leading him to develop numerous ideas for film, television, online, and stage properties with his partner at 102 Stories LLC, Russell Pflueger. In his free time, he enjoys working on vintage cars and motorcycles, a hobby that serves as a source of relaxation for him.
