Biography

Jeff Orgill's impressive career in the film industry began with producing and editing music videos for notable acts such as Danzig, Machinehead, and Marilyn Manson.

As a filmmaker, Orgill has directed and produced a range of projects, including the 35mm feature film "Caged", which was selected for the Slamdance festival, and the horror comedy "Audie & The Wolf".

His feature directing debut, "Boppin' at The Glue Factory", received widespread acclaim, winning six awards, including "Best Feature" at the Seattle True Independent Film Festival and "Best Director" at the Los Angeles Downtown Film Festival.

Orgill's extensive experience extends beyond feature films, as he has also produced, written, and directed short films, documentaries, and promotional films.

As a producer-editor, he has worked with numerous prominent companies, including Playboy Television, Fremantle Media, ITVS, Ping Pong, and others.

Orgill has created national theatrical film spots for several notable film festivals, including the Sundance Film Festival, CineVegas Film Festival (starring Dennis Hopper),and the Filmmakers Alliance.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Orgill has also volunteered his time and expertise with the American Civil Liberties Union and the American Association of Suicidology.

Throughout his career, Orgill has received numerous accolades, including a Promax award and a Film Arts Foundation grant. He is a graduate of San Francisco State University's Film Production program and The Roger Corman Film School.
