Jeff McDonald is a multifaceted artist, exceling in both acting and directing realms, with a penchant for crafting thought-provoking and challenging genre films that captivate audiences. His most recent directorial endeavor is a sci-fi feature film titled Sideslip, currently in post-production, marking his inaugural foray into feature-length directing.
As an actor, McDonald has garnered recognition for his roles in a diverse array of films, including Kung Fu Slayers, Chinese Speaking Vampires, TwoTwo, Slant Streets, Night Mistress, Tales From Beyond, and the lead role in the Oxygen series The First Mindhunter. His directorial credits boast the web series Heart of the Dragon, a collaborative effort with Shin Koyamada, and the martial arts/fantasy short film Dream of the Lizard.
