J.C. embarked on a professional journey in the realms of film, video, and graphics at the tender age of 16, swiftly establishing himself as a versatile creative force by crafting multimedia presentations for various local businesses. His academic pursuits led him to the University of Miami Film School, where he simultaneously honed his skills by working on numerous professional music videos and diverse projects. Upon graduating from this esteemed institution, J.C. relocated to the bustling metropolis of New York City and assumed the roles of producer's assistant and feature editor, as well as primary cameraman, at MLB Advanced Media. During his four-year tenure at this esteemed organization, J.C. had the privilege of capturing video features for multiple World Series, All-Star games, and various other special baseball events. Furthermore, he had the opportunity to create features for a plethora of renowned musical groups, including Bon Jovi, Trace Adkins, Guns 'n Roses, and many others. After concluding his successful stint at MLB, J.C. made the transition to Los Angeles and began freelancing as an editor and cameraman for a diverse array of Los Angeles-based clients, including CBS, Relativity Media, and the MLB Players Union. Currently, J.C. is redirecting his focus towards passion projects through his own company, Absolute Value Pictures.
