Jason Wayne Schaver, a talented individual, was born on August 3rd, 1977, in Clinton, Iowa. As a child, he was diminutive for his age and struggled with shyness. However, he discovered his passion for baseball and quickly excelled in the sport, often starting at second base and making the local traveling All-Star teams in Little League.
During the summer, Jason would frequently be found working on his grandmother's farm, where he would tackle various chores. This early exposure to hard work and responsibility would later influence his professional pursuits.
In his mid-twenties, Jason began writing screenplays, including what would later become "The Truth About Average Guys" and "S.O.L.". His writing skills and creative vision would eventually lead him to produce his first feature film, "The Truth About Average Guys", in 2008. Collaborating with friend Ken Gayton, Jason brought his story to life, and the film secured a distribution deal and garnered numerous awards at film festivals across the country.
This success gave Jason the confidence to shoot his second film, "S.O.L.", which also received critical acclaim and won a few awards. He is now working on his third feature film, "Wingmen Incorporated", with the hope of establishing himself as a prominent figure in the low/no budget comedy genre and eventually securing smaller roles in bigger budgeted comedies.
