Jason MacDonald embarked on his illustrious professional career in the vibrant city of New York, where he had the privilege of working with esteemed organizations such as LaMama, Circle in the Square, and the Roundabout Theatre Company. One of his most notable performances was opposite the renowned Frank Langella in the Roundabout Theatre Company production of The Tempest.
As a highly accomplished individual, Jason is a proud alumnus of the prestigious Circle In The Square Theatre School in New York, and is a distinguished member of the ACTRA, SAG-AFTRA, and Actor's Equity associations. Furthermore, he is a voting member of the Television Academy, earning him a spot among the esteemed group of professionals recognized for their outstanding work in the television industry.
In addition to his impressive acting credentials, Jason is also a co-founder and owner of the Atlanta-based acting studio, Drama Inc, where he has the opportunity to share his expertise with aspiring actors. He is also a valued member of the faculty at the Terry Knickerbocker Studio in New York City, where he continues to inspire and guide the next generation of performers.
As a multifaceted creative, Jason has also ventured into the realm of filmmaking, co-founding Drama Inc. Films and writing, producing, and directing several short films, including the international film festival hit Mr. Goody.
