Jason is the visionary founder of Green Dog Films and the Hidden Tears Project, two entities that have been instrumental in shaping his creative endeavors. In addition to his work as a director, Jason has also ventured into the realm of documentary filmmaking, having directed the acclaimed short film "UNTIL THEY ALL COME HOME", which features none other than Oscar winner Mira Sorvino. This powerful film tells the gripping story of special forces who rescued American children from the clutches of human traffickers.
Currently, Jason is in the post-production phase of his latest project, "DOMINIQUE", which was shot on location in Colombia. His extensive experience in the film industry has also led him to take on the role of Executive Producer for the highly anticipated film "THE COMEBACK TRAIL", which boasts an all-star cast featuring Robert DeNiro, Morgan Freeman, and Tommy Lee Jones.
Jason's impressive production credits also include the critically acclaimed horror film "AVENGED", as well as "THE RUSSIAN BRIDE", "THE THREE HIKERS", "THE SUBMARINE KID", starring Finn Wittrock and Emilie de Ravin, "BROKEN KINGDOM", directed by Daniel Gilles and starring Gilles, Rachel Leigh Cook, and Seymour Cassel, "THE PERFECT WITNESS", starring Wes Bentley, and the short films "UNSEEN DANCES" and "TANYA", written by Sam Forman (HOUSE OF CARDS),directed by Monica Raymund, and starring Eamonn Walker, both from CHICAGO FIRE.
Prior to his work as a producer and director, Jason served as the Director of Acquisitions at Maya Pictures, under the guidance of award-winning Producer Moctesuma Esparza.
In a recent milestone, Jason was selected among 22 screenwriters, out of a pool of 4,000 submissions, for the prestigious Imagine Impact Program, a screenwriting incubator program created by Brian Grazer and Ron Howard. His one-hour drama "THE INTERPRETER" was chosen for this esteemed program, a testament to Jason's talent and dedication to his craft.
