Jason Earles, a talented individual, was born in the midst of a family of five children. As he navigated his childhood, he yearned for a way to stand out and capture attention. In the third grade, he stumbled upon theater, taking on the role of Hansel in "Hansel and Gretel," and acting quickly became his passion.
Growing up in Oregon and later attending Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana, Jason refined his craft through classroom instruction and professional theater. He played a range of roles, including Billy Bibbit in "One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest," Alan Strang in "Equus," Feste in "Twelfth Night," and Ronnie Shaunnesy in "House of Blue Leaves," earning multiple Irene Ryan Nominations and performing with the esteemed Virginia City Players and Montana Shakespeare in the Parks.
Jason made the transition to film and television in 2001, embarking on a successful career as an actor, producer, and director. He is most recognized for his roles as Jackson Stewart on Disney's record-breaking franchise Hannah Montana (2006) and Rudy Gillespie in the number-one hit Disney XD show Kickin' It (2011). Throughout his career, Jason has had the privilege of working with and learning from renowned talents such as Larry David, Brooke Shields, Vicki Lawrence, Dolly Parton, James Spader, Michael Chiklis, and Nicolas Cage.
Jason's love for the industry has led him on a thrilling journey, spanning nearly every aspect of the business. He has played a lovable killer in the action film "Hunted," completed extensive voice-over work, including the popular Web series "The Most Popular Girls in School," and even added Director to his resume, directing multi-camera sitcoms for several years.
When not working, Jason can be found spending quality time with his second wife Katie and their two cats, Donut and Zeke. A blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, a wannabe world traveler, and an avid sports and video game enthusiast, Jason enjoys playing Destiny while trying to forget the struggles of his beloved Cleveland Browns.
