Biography

Noted singer-songwriter Jasmin, a talented musician in her own right, has also gained recognition through her involvement in the all-female band "Even Cowgirls Get the Blues". This esteemed ensemble not only showcased her remarkable musical prowess but also provided a platform for her to contribute to the soundtrack of the 1997 film "Bandits". Her impressive songwriting skills, which are evident throughout the soundtrack, further solidified her reputation as a talented musician.

In a personal capacity, Jasmin has also experienced the joy of motherhood, with the birth of her daughter, Angelina Sherri Rose, on December 3rd, 2002. The father of her child is the American musician Tico Zamora, who currently resides in Berlin alongside Jasmin.

In addition to her musical endeavors, Jasmin has also collaborated with renowned German singer Nena on a tour, aptly titled "Nena & Friends", in 2003. Her participation in this project not only allowed her to share her talents with a wider audience but also helped to increase the popularity of Nena's English project, "Red Nose Day", in Germany.
