Janet Varney is a multifaceted personality who wears many hats, including those of comedian, actor, writer, and producer.
In the realm of animation, she has been fortunate enough to lend her voice to the character of "Korra" on Nickelodeon's hit series, The Legend of Korra, which premiered in 2012.
Currently, she can be seen playing the role of "Becca" on the live-action FX series, You're the Worst, which debuted in 2014.
Janet also spent a remarkable seven years hosting TBS's popular show, Dinner & a Movie, which first aired in 1996.
In addition, she has made recurring appearances on various television series, including HBO's Entourage, which premiered in 2004, and the beloved E! and Yahoo series, Burning Love, in which she was a series regular for seasons 1 and 3.
Janet has also made guest appearances on numerous hit shows, such as How I Met Your Mother, Key and Peele, Psych, Bones, and the panel of Chelsea Lately, as well as @midnight, where she served as a regular producer and co-host on Huffpost Live in 2012.

Janet is also the host of the popular Nerdist podcast, "The JV Club", and the co-founder, creative director, and producer of one of the largest and most acclaimed comedy festivals in North America, "SF Sketchfest: the San Francisco Comedy Festival", now in its 15th year.
