Jane Therese Curtin, a remarkable individual, was born on September 6th, 1947. Her journey to fame began when she was 27 years old, as she courageously auditioned for a comedy variety show, which would ultimately become her ticket to stardom, Saturday Night Live (1975). In a remarkable display of talent, Jane emerged victorious, outshining her competitor, Mimi Kennedy. The same year, she tied the knot with Patrick Lynch.
Following her five-year tenure on SNL, Jane ventured into new horizons, giving birth to her daughter Tess during the interim. She then co-starred in the popular sitcom Kate & Allie (1984),a heartwarming portrayal of two divorced women sharing a household with their children.
