Biography

Noted for his finely crafted and nuanced performances, actor James DuMont is one of the busiest actors in both film and television. DuMont just wrapped his 80th Feature Film opposite a Multiple Oscar Award Winning Actor and his 4th Season and 20th Episode as "Chad" on HBO's The Righteous Gemstones opposite creator and star, Danny McBride. His 70th performance on television Recurring in Aaron Hernandez-American Sports Story for FX/Hulu, which is his 3rd time working for creator, Ryan Murphy.

DuMont has also recurred on American Horror Story-Coven & Freak Show. His most recent film work includes being the supporting Lead opposite, Don Johnson in Unit 234-The Lock Up and the Eddie Murphy Christmas Hit Candy Cane Lane for Amazon. Mr. DuMont is best known however for Focus Features' Dallas Buyers Club opposite Oscar winner, Jared Leto where he played his father.
