Biography

Jacqui Fifer is a multifaceted Australian creative force, driven by a passion for collective change and a desire to inspire transformative journeys.

Her work is centered around crafting immersive experiences through film, story, and music, designed to broaden perspectives, expand minds, and cultivate the best version of oneself. This holistic approach is crucial for maintaining both personal and planetary well-being.

Prior to refocusing on film, Jacqui spent over a decade as an international club DJ, honing her skills and developing a deep understanding of the power of music to connect and inspire.

As a producer, Jacqui has been involved in the creation of several notable films, including the multi-award-winning Concealed (2017),Better Watch Out (2016),The Osiris Child (2016),and Infini (2015).

In addition to her film work, Jacqui has also co-directed the "Dona i Cinema" (Women and Film) festival in Spain, a testament to her commitment to empowering women in the industry.

Most recently, Jacqui directed The Portal (2019),an immersive feature-length documentary that weaves together intimate personal stories and thought-provoking futurist concepts to explore the transformative power of stillness.
