Jacquelyn A. Ruffner, professionally known as J.A. Steel, embarked on her life's journey on December 12, 1969, in the charming town of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, USA. Following her high school graduation, Steel pursued higher education at the prestigious University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts, where she enrolled as a freshman in the esteemed Filmic Writing Program.
Throughout her illustrious career, Steel has worn multiple hats, showcasing her versatility as a writer, producer, and director. Her notable works include the critically acclaimed films "The Third Society" (2002),"Salvation" (2007),"Denizen" (2010),and the gripping thriller "Blood Fare".
