Isabel Dresden, a California native, was born as the third of four children to Ed and Janeen Dresden of Corona, California. Her introduction to the world of theater began at the tender age of five, when she took on the role of Santa Lucia in a grammar school play. Despite setting the stage on fire with her crown of burning candles, Isabel saw this as a green light to pursue her passion for the stage.
Throughout her childhood and teenage years, Isabel continued to hone her acting skills by performing in numerous plays and leading her high school theater group. Her love for classic films led her to study the work of legendary actresses such as Bette Davis and Katherine Hepburn, often watching their movies for hours to analyze their performances.
Isabel's time as a model took her to New York, where she was a finalist for the face of Cover Girl cosmetics and YM magazine. However, her experience in the fashion industry exposed her to uncomfortable truths, inspiring her to become a vocal advocate for more sustainable practices within the industry.
In addition to her work as a model and actress, Isabel has also explored her creative talents in other fields. She has costumed plays and independent films, styled music videos and fashion shoots, and is a proponent of the circular fashion economy.
