Innis Casey, a talented individual, was born in the vibrant city of Burbank, California, and later went on to graduate from San Diego State University. His fascination with the rich Mexican culture led him to immerse himself in the country, where he pursued his passion for singing.
Casey's journey took him to Mexico City, where he not only honed his language skills by learning to speak fluent Spanish but also secured a recording contract with BMG. His debut album, self-titled and aptly named, garnered widespread acclaim throughout Latin America, with the single "Dime Donde, Dime Cuando" reaching the top spot on the Mexican pop charts.
This remarkable achievement earned him the prestigious Heraldo award for "Best New Artist of the Year". Building on his success, Casey released his follow-up album, "Es Por Ti", which was met with equal acclaim and released internationally.
After establishing himself as a successful musician, Casey returned to his hometown of Los Angeles and landed a recurring role in the critically acclaimed Fox series "24" in 2001. He then appeared in the feature film "Swing" (2003),opposite a talented cast including Jacqueline Bisset, Tom Skerritt, and Jonathan Winters, directed by Martin Guigui.
Casey's acting career continued to flourish with guest appearances on notable TV shows such as "CSI: Miami" and "The Division". He also had the opportunity to work with director Kim Bass on the film "Fast Glass" and went on to win the title role of "JYD", a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, in the film "Junkyard Dog" opposite Vivica Fox.
When not pursuing his passion for acting or music, Casey enjoys a variety of hobbies, including photography, snowboarding, and surfing.
