Indrans is a renowned Malayalam film actor and costume designer, having acted in over 250 films, primarily specializing in comedy roles. Prior to his acting career, Indrans worked as a tailor, and his journey in the film industry began as a costume designer.
Indrans' debut film, Choothattam, saw him working alongside producer Charlie, where he had the opportunity to assist in costume designing. During this period, he had the privilege of meeting several prominent filmmakers, including Prem Nazir, Sattar, Pappu, Jose Prakash, and Jayabharathi. Despite having these opportunities, Indrans focused on designing costumes for several years, taking on small roles on screen.
Indrans' breakthrough as an actor came with the film CID Unni Krishnan, which marked a turning point in his career. His unique brand of comedy resonated with audiences, and he soon became one of the leading comedians in Kerala. Since then, he has been busy with a plethora of projects.
