Ian Pala, a first-generation Cuban American, was born in Murcia, Spain, where his father was serving with the Spanish Air Force, a circumstance that led to his parents' eventual immigration from Havana, Cuba to Miami, Florida, where Ian spent his formative years.
As a child, Ian's family relocated frequently, settling in various locations including Colorado and Texas, before finally establishing a sense of permanence in Austin, Texas, which Ian now considers his hometown, a place where he developed a profound passion for the art of acting.
Since his time in Austin, Ian has resided in Los Angeles and Costa Rica, allowing him to broaden his horizons and gain a wealth of experience. When not engaged in his acting career, Ian enjoys a variety of hobbies and interests, including writing, surfing, hiking, attending live music performances, riding motorcycles, and restoring classic cars.
