Héctor Aníbal Estrella, a multifaceted Dominican talent, was born on February 26, 1975. His impressive career spans multiple disciplines, including acting, singing, and photography.
As a singer, Estrella gained recognition in the early 1990s as a member of one of the most successful Dominican bands of the time. He also produced and hosted the popular TV show Mango en Directo, and served as the executive producer of the daily morning show Buenos Días Dominicana.
Estrella's acting career began with appearances in the miniseries Una Reina en Las Américas (1997),Mambé (1998),and Mujeres Asesinas (2012). He then transitioned to musical theater, starring in notable productions such as Grease (1999),Les Miserables (2008),Cats (2009),Chicago (2010),RENT (2011),and In the Heights (2014).
In his film career, Estrella has participated in over 30 projects, earning accolades for his performances in Código Paz (2014),Sugar Fields (2016),Reinbou (2017),The Watchman (2017),and De lo mío (2019).
