Heather Taddy, a renowned Paranormal Researcher and Investigator, gained widespread recognition for her work on A&E's popular television series Paranormal State, which is based on real-life investigations conducted by the world-renowned Penn State Paranormal Research Society (PRS). During her time at Penn State University, where she was studying Film and French, Taddy underwent rigorous training as a Field Investigator for PRS, while simultaneously traveling across the country to assist families living in allegedly haunted houses.
Notably, Taddy is known for her fearless approach to investigating paranormal activity, often isolating herself in the most active areas of a haunted location while meticulously documenting her experiences. Her fascination with the Spiritualism movement and the thrill of the unknown began during her early teens, when she would frequently play Ouija Boards and investigate haunted and abandoned locations throughout Pennsylvania.
Taddy has had the privilege of working alongside the legendary Lorraine Warren, whose lectures inspired her to join PRS. She has also appeared on Travel Channel's Alien Highway, a series based on the New York Times best-selling book The 37th Parallel, alongside UFO researcher Chuck Zukowski. Together, they pursue UFO cases that authorities often ignore, seeking definitive proof of extraterrestrial life along America's Alien Highway.
In addition to her work on Paranormal State and Alien Highway, Taddy has made guest appearances on episodes of Portals to Hell with Jack Osbourne and her longtime friend Katrina Weidman, as well as the CW's Mysteries Decoded. She also co-hosts a YouTube series with Weidman, titled Travel the Dead.
When she is not delving into the unknown, Taddy is a multifaceted individual with a range of interests and hobbies. She is a musician, an avid roller-skater, a lover of vintage clothing, and an accomplished costume designer and photographer. She also has a passion for creating horror films.
