Prior to his illustrious acting career, Osterfield attended Caterham Boarding School, where he honed his skills and laid the foundation for his future endeavors. He then spent two years at the esteemed BRIT School, from the age of 15 to 17, during which he starred in a multitude of short films.
It was during this period that he formed a lasting friendship with the renowned actor, Tom Holland. This camaraderie led to Osterfield becoming Holland's personal assistant after both attended the prestigious LAMDA (The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art).
Upon graduating from LAMDA, Osterfield collaborated with his friend and mentor, Tom Holland, on several notable projects, including Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017),The Current War (2017),and Avengers: Endgame (2019). During his tenure as Holland's assistant, Osterfield made brief on-screen appearances in Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018),showcasing his versatility and range.
In 2019, Osterfield decided to pursue acting as a full-time career, taking on a pivotal role in Catch-22 (2019) and subsequently landing a lead role in The Irregulars (2020).
