Canadian actor and filmmaker Harrison Houde has garnered recognition for his portrayals of Bowie Sherman in the Netflix series "Some Assembly Required" (2014-2016) and as the host of the educational program "Finding Stuff Out" (2011-2014),earning a prestigious Canadian Screen Award.
Houde's entry into the film industry began with his debut in the 2010 motion picture "Diary of a Wimpy Kid," followed by notable appearances in projects such as "The Fairly Odd Parents" (2011),"Spooksville" (2013-2014),"Summer of '84" (2018),and the forthcoming Netflix series "Dead Boy Detectives" (2024).
Beyond his acting career, Houde is a multi-talented artist who also composes music. He has established himself as a successful director and producer, co-founding Vesperia Films Inc., which has showcased its works at esteemed film festivals such as Festival de Cannes, Beverly Hills International Film Festival, and Screamfest LA.
