Biography

Günther Stoll, a renowned German actor, entered this world on August 18, 1924, in the city of Duisburg, Germany. His illustrious acting career spanned multiple decades, during which he appeared in a plethora of notable films, including the 1971 psychological thriller "The Bloodstained Butterfly", the 1966 drama "Melissa", and the popular television series "Derrick", which premiered in 1974.

Throughout his personal life, Stoll was married twice, first to the lovely Edina Pop, and subsequently to the talented Karin Behrmann. Tragically, his life was cut short when he passed away on January 12, 1977, at the age of 52, in Gelsenkirchen, North Rhine-Westphalia, West Germany.
