Biography

Gregg Hurwitz is a renowned author, screenwriter, and comic book writer, with a prolific career spanning over two decades. He is the New York Times and internationally bestselling author of 24 thrillers, including the Orphan X series, and two award-winning thriller novels for teenagers. His novels have received numerous literary awards, topped the charts, and been translated into 33 languages.

As a screenwriter, Hurwitz has written scripts for major studios, including SWEET GIRL and THE BOOK OF HENRY, and has developed and produced television shows for various networks. He is also a New York Times bestselling comic book writer, having contributed to AWA, Marvel, and DC, with notable works including Knighted, NewThink, Wolverine, Punisher, Batman, and Penguin.

In addition to his writing career, Hurwitz has taught fiction writing at the University of Southern California (USC) English Department, and has guest lectured at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Harvard University in the United States and internationally.
