Gregory Michael Cipes was born and raised in South Florida to a family of 9 brothers and sisters. He drew inspiration to join the entertainment business from his thespian grandparents and TV director father.
As a child, Cipes was involved in children's theater and numerous national commercials. He made his professional off-Broadway acting and singing debut at the age of 13, starring as Young Solomon in the production "The Rothschild's".
At 16, Cipes wrote, recorded and self-produced his first single and eventual South Florida dance club hit with his band "Cipes and the People". The album has since sold 60,000 copies plus. He later formed a new band, "Super Space Fighters", which has been touted by critics as a fresh take on Rock and Roll.
Cipes became nationally ranked as a Junior Professional surfer at the age of 17, with 13 corporate sponsors. He has been featured in several surfing magazines and has graced the cover of "Eastern Surf Magazine".
In 2001, Cipes moved to Los Angeles with his dog Timber, a guitar, and a surfboard. Since then, he has starred in over 30 feature films and has had recurring and series regular television roles on several shows.
Cipes has also had a successful voice acting career, being dubbed the Crowned Prince of the Voiceover. He has voiced several characters, including Michelangelo in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Beast Boy in Teen Titans Go!, and Kevin Levin in Ben 10: Alien Force.
In addition to his entertainment career, Cipes is involved in several charitable organizations, including the "Kids Venice Basketball League Natural Leaders program" and his own charity organization, "UnAmor", which brings homeless children, the elderly, and dogs together.
