Growing up in the picturesque Valley of San Fernando, California, Grace was the youngest of a close-knit family of four siblings. Her parents, who had arrived in the United States in the mid-1960s, had already established a life for themselves and their two eldest children before welcoming Grace into the world.
Her mother, a native of Colombia, brought with her a rich cultural heritage and a strong sense of family values, which would shape Grace's upbringing and influence her perspective on life. Her father, on the other hand, hailed from Ecuador, and though he is no longer with us, his memory lives on through the stories and traditions that have been passed down to Grace and her family.
Sadly, Grace's father met his untimely demise in a car accident in his native Ecuador, where he is now laid to rest. Despite his passing, his legacy continues to inspire and guide Grace, who has been fortunate enough to maintain strong ties with her extended family still residing in South America.
Throughout her life, Grace has been deeply connected to her Latin American roots, and her family's rich cultural heritage has played a significant role in shaping her identity and worldview. As she navigates the complexities of adulthood, Grace draws strength and inspiration from her family's story, and is proud to carry on their traditions and values.
