Glenda, a second-generation Canadian of Goan descent, was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia and later raised in Ottawa, Ontario. Her academic background is rooted in the arts, having attended Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a Specialization in Theatre Performance.
