Gino Antonio, born Jack Catan Badon, is a renowned Filipino actor who has left an indelible mark on the Philippine film industry, particularly during the 1980s when he was at the height of his career.
Throughout his illustrious acting career, Antonio has been recognized for his outstanding performances, with one of his most notable achievements being a nomination for Best Actor at the prestigious Gawad Urian Awards for his remarkable portrayal in the 1986 film Takaw Tukso.
Another one of his most notable films is Private Show, a 1985 cinematic masterpiece that is now widely regarded as a classic Pinoy neorealism film.
After a successful stint in the entertainment industry, Antonio decided to bid adieu to the world of show business and has since been living a quiet life in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.
