Georgette Dante is a renowned Show Business Legend, whose illustrious career spans decades, marked by her early beginnings performing in the carnival at the tender age of three alongside her mother, Delilah Dante, and father, who owned a carnival in the 1950s. Born and raised within the iconic Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus, Georgette is a 6th generation show business entertainer on her mother's side and a 5th generation on her father's side, solidifying her legacy in the entertainment industry.
Throughout her life, Georgette has been a performer, and her passion lies in promoting others, a quality that has led her to hold esteemed positions such as Entertainment Director for Award Winning Internet TV Talk Show NinonSpeaks, alongside Ninon de Vere De Rosa, from June 2020 to January 2022. She has also served as Entertainment Director for "Film Talk With AJ Dean" Podcast Show from February to May 2022. Georgette's creative endeavors include writing a script for her upcoming TV show, "Wild Women of Burlesque," as well as working on her book, titled "Hard Wonderful Fun Life."
As the CEO/Founder of GD Productions, Georgette has ventured into independent filmmaking, directing and producing a 10-minute short film titled, "Abused & Homeless," featuring her as the "Gypsy Lady" named Ruby. Her forthcoming projects include a film, "Body & Mind," and a TV show series, "Wild Women of Burlesque." Georgette's multifaceted talents have enabled her to excel in various fields, including clowning, magic shows, snake and lion performances, alligator wrestling, and working with fire.
As an accomplished actress, Georgette has appeared in notable films such as "The Exotic Ones," "The Monster and The Stripper" (1968),"Miss Melody Jones" (1973),"Up Your Alley" (1971),and "Finding Gardel" (2019),in which she played the role of the Grandmother. Georgette has also made appearances as an extra in the Bill Bixby TV show, "Sin of Innocence" (1986).
As a Burlesque Legend, Georgette has performed at numerous Night Clubs, Hotels, and Casinos across America, as well as the esteemed Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her extensive experience and versatility have solidified her position as a true Show Business Legend.
