Gabriel Rhenals, a renowned filmmaker, has made a significant impact in the film industry. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he later relocated to Miami, Florida, where he has resided for most of his life. With a strong foundation in the visual arts, Gabriel began his filmmaking journey in 2002.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his versatility by writing, producing, directing, shooting, and editing 16 short films and four feature films. Additionally, he has penned seven feature-length screenplays. Gabriel's short films have garnered widespread recognition, showcasing at numerous film festivals domestically and internationally. His work has also been nationally broadcast on the National Endowment for the Arts-funded PBS television show 'film-maker'.
Gabriel has shared his creative and personal experiences through his book, '20 Years a Filmmaker', published in 2022. His filmography boasts a diverse range of projects, including 'For My Sister' (2019),'State v. Unknown' (2022),'Death Cleaning' (2023),and 'Ask Delphi' (2025).
As Gabriel continues to push boundaries, he is currently developing an untitled fifth film, with an expected completion date in May 2025.
