Frederick, born on August 2, 1982, in the notable town of Aldershot, was the second youngest of four siblings in his family. He spent his formative years attending Ash Manor School, where he developed a strong foundation for his future endeavors.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Freddie's early years were marked by a passion for martial arts. At the tender age of six, he began taking karate lessons, which he continued until he was 12 years old. During this period, he made a name for himself by winning the prestigious English nationals.
As he entered his teenage years, Freddie transitioned from karate to boxing, training at the Guildford boxing club from the age of 12 until he turned 24. This significant period of his life not only honed his physical skills but also instilled in him a sense of discipline and perseverance.
After boxing, Freddie ventured into the world of mixed martial arts (MMA),competing in cage fights until the age of 25. His impressive performances in this arena earned him professional contracts for both boxing and MMA, but he ultimately decided to pursue a career in acting instead.
