Frank D'Angelo is a multifaceted artist who has achieved success as a performer, businessman, philanthropist, and humanitarian. He began his career as the lead vocalist and front man of the popular Canadian band, "Toronto", thrilling audiences with their renditions of classic R&B hits.
Throughout the 1980s, the group appeared alongside musical luminaries such as Tom Cochrane, Peter Frampton, Burton Cummings, "LoverBoy", Gino Vanelli, "The Temptations", "The Cowboy Junkies", Alannah Myles, and George Canyon. Frank has also entertained the Canadian Armed Forces numerous times.
He has released his 10th album CD, "Just give me one more moment", which reached #7 on the FMQB AC chart in the USA. As a performer, Frank recognized a void in Canadian television for Canadians to promote their talents, so he created and hosts a national late-night talk-variety show, 'The Being Frank Show', now in its 8th season.

Frank is a native Torontonian, raised in a close, Italian-Canadian (Sicilian) family. He is the founder of one of Canada's leading beverage producers and marketers, and owner and CEO of D'Angelo Brands. His two popular Toronto restaurants, "Mamma D's" and "Forget About it Supper Club", feature superb nouvelle Italian cuisine and a friendly, entertaining atmosphere.
Frank has a passion for movies, having viewed and studied hundreds of films. He has studied acting and the human condition all his life, and has always wanted to write and direct movies. He has written and directed six films to date, featuring world-class actors such as James Caan, Paul Sorvino, Robert Loggia, Giancarlo Giannini, Danny Aiello, Martin Landau, John Savage, Mira Sorvino, Kris Kristofferson, Daryl Hanna, Robert Davi, Eric Roberts, Margot Kidder, Michael Madsen, Peter Coyote, Doris Roberts, Franco Nero, Armand Assante, Burt Young, John Ashton, and Maureen McCormick.
His current film, The Neighborhood, is set for release in theaters in August 2017, following the success of his past films, The Red Maple Leaf, Sicilian Vampire, No Deposit, The Big Fat Stone, and Real Gangsters, which have all won film festival awards and are available worldwide on Video-on-Demand, iTunes, Google Play, and Amazon Instant Video.
