Biography

Frank Coghlan Jr. was born in Connecticut, the son of a railroad clerk and a professional boxer. His family soon relocated to California, where they all pursued extra work in silent films. Coghlan's distinctive freckled face quickly made him one of the most popular child actors of his era.
