Frances Marrington is a multifaceted performer who has made a name for herself in various aspects of the Australian entertainment industry. With a strong background in independent theatre and film, she has also established herself as a skilled voice-over artist.
Frances has had a notable career in film, with standout roles in the 2000 horror film "Watch Me" and the 2010 thriller "Purge", which was distributed by Tron Media. Her most recent film appearance was in the 2020 horror-comedy "Bloody Hell".
In addition to her film work, Frances has had a prolific career in theatre, with numerous productions to her credit. Frances received her training at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane and the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) in Melbourne. She has been a company member of Zen Zen Zo Physical Theatre, the Queensland Shakespeare Ensemble, and Red Thread Stories Playback Theatre. As a proud member of Actors' Equity and the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance (MEAA),Frances continues to be an active and respected figure in the Australian entertainment industry.
