Lebanese film director Fouad Mikati embarked on his cinematic journey through television commercials, a humble yet pivotal starting point for his future endeavors.
Subsequently, Mikati relocated to the City of Light, Paris, where he ventured into the realm of short films with his inaugural attempt, the 2003 production "Zead". This innovative short film eschewed dialogue, instead relying on visual storytelling to convey its narrative.
Fast-forward to 2010, Mikati made his feature film debut with "Rogues Gallery", a high-octane action film set in Los Angeles. This eclectic ensemble piece brought together an unlikely trio of talent, comprising seasoned actor Ving Rhames, model-turned-actress Maggie Q, and comedian Zach Galifianakis.
Mikati's sophomore feature film effort arrived in 2015 with the psychological thriller "Return To Sender", starring the talented Rosamund Pike.
