Ezekiel, pronounced Eh-Zi-Kel, embarked on his feature film acting career as a production assistant on the Roger Corman film, Shakedown. He was unexpectedly asked to stand in for actor Ron Perlman, and subsequently, he found himself featured in several scenes as a background artist. With a rich background in Chicano Theater, Ezekiel was well-equipped to lend a helping hand to his team. Following several conversations with Perlman on set, Ezekiel decided to seriously consider a career in film acting. He subsequently enrolled in acting classes with renowned instructors such as the legendary Larry Moss and Hollywood cold-reading guru, Jeremiah Comey.
Prior to his move to Hollywood, Ezekiel served as an Americorp Team Leader, where he worked with at-risk youth and gang members in community service. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Foreign Service, and Americorp. Ezekiel's educational background is equally impressive, having attended Santa Clara University, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and an M.B.A. in International Finance. In a remarkable display of academic and athletic prowess, Ezekiel attended college after his time in the Navy on a Football Scholarship, earning the distinction of Josten's Academic All-American Offensive Lineman.
