As a creative entrepreneur, Bailey founded a small theatre company, aptly named Rubbaball, which showcased a variety of comedy plays at the renowned Edinburgh Festival Fringe. This early success paved the way for his involvement in numerous radio comedy shows for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC),including the British Comedy Award-winning series, The Sunday Format.
