Eric E. Poe, a native of Birmingham, Alabama, born in the year 1969, spent his formative years in the adjacent town of Odenville, where he was raised.
After completing his service in the United States Air Force, which took him on a global journey, Eric E. Poe became affiliated with the Southeastern Film Makers organization in Augusta, Georgia.
It was in 2011 that his involvement with local productions, initially focusing on grip and lighting, laid the groundwork for his subsequent forays into the world of acting and writing, both on stage and screen.
