Efram's passion for storytelling and visual magic ignited at the tender age of ten, when he first began crafting cell-animated and claymation films. Just three years later, his exceptional talent shone through as he claimed the top prize at a prestigious Maine film festival with his debut live-action short, a thrilling super-8 science fiction adventure. Over the next fifteen years, he continued to produce an impressive array of independent shorts and features, culminating in his triumphant victory in the Project Greenlight directing contest. This remarkable achievement led him to co-direct Miramax's "The Battle of Shaker Heights" alongside Shia LaBeouf. Since then, Efram has continued to hone his skills as a visual effects artist and supervisor, earning a well-deserved nomination for the 2010 VES Awards. Today, he is dedicated to developing original intellectual properties for the cross-media and feature film marketplace.
