Edward Furs has been an integral part of the theatre and film industries for a considerable amount of time. One of his most recent accomplishments was originating the role of Peter in the production of "The Profane" at the Chautauqua Theatre Co. in New York. He has also had the opportunity to reprise his role as Lombardi in the production of "The Land of the Packers" at the Palace Theatre in Wisconsin Dells, as well as at The Human Race Theatre in Ohio.
In addition to his work in these specific productions, Edward has also had the privilege of working in various regional theatre festivals, including the New Jersey and Alabama Shakespeare Festivals, Walnut St. Theatre, Shakespeare Theatre of DC, East Lynne Co., Florence Griswold Museum, American Drama Group, Europe, and Stary Teatr of Krakow, Polska.
Furthermore, Edward has also had the opportunity to work on several Off-Broadway productions, including "The Primary English Class" under the direction of Gerald Gutierrez. His work has also been featured in various TV and film projects, including National Geographic's "I Am Rebel" as Weegee, "The Path", "Madame Secretary", "Blacklist", "Benders", "The Original Doggy Bounce" on "Flight of the Conchords", "Bored to Death", "Ugly Betty", "Delocated", "The Sopranos", and all the "Law & Orders" series, as well as "Third Watch" and "Michael Clayton".
