Biography

Dushawn Moses, a veteran born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, has spent over three decades serving his country with honor and distinction. His time in the United States Air Force, from 1989 to 1993, was marked by his participation in the Desert Storm-Desert Shield operations.

Throughout his life, Moses has been driven by a desire to make a positive impact on those around him. As a motivational speaker, he has discovered a unique ability to use his words to inspire and uplift others. With a background in theater and film, he has honed his skills as an actor, writer, and director, working with some of the biggest names in the industry.

Moses' extensive experience in the entertainment industry has allowed him to work on a wide range of projects. He has appeared alongside notable actors such as Howard Stern, Clint Eastwood, Tommy Lee Jones, Denzel Washington, Eva Mendes, Tyler Perry, Loretta Devine, Brad Pitt, John Singleton, Terese Gibson, Paul Walker, Michael Jordan, Tyra Banks, Stevie Wonder, and Spike Lee. He has also collaborated with talented individuals like Kerry Washington, Ron Perlman, Andre Royo, and Mark Harmon.

As a producer, Moses has worked on a variety of shorts, including "Anything's Possible", "Blink 2018", "Military Run", and "Trust". He is also the associate producer for "The Bahama Hustle" and "Consent". With several projects in full development for 2018, including "Beat-In", "PTSD", "Unexpected", "Anything's Possible", and "Trust", Moses is continually pushing the boundaries of his creativity.

In addition to his work in the entertainment industry, Moses is a passionate advocate for the well-being of veterans. He has written a book titled "VetLife, The Voice of the Veteran" to inspire and motivate veterans to live a better life. His tireless efforts have earned him the "Life Changers" Award in 2016, and in 2018, he founded LIFESHIFT, a 501(c)(3) organization that provides a platform for veterans to grow, thrive, and become stronger individuals.

Through his work, Moses is dedicated to promoting the well-being of veterans suffering from P.T.S.D. and other illnesses. He is a shining example of how individuals can use their experiences to make a positive impact on the world around them.
